MILAN, Could 30 (Reuters) – Italy’s second-largest financial institution UniCredit (CRDI.MI) stated on Tuesday it was contemplating merging its Slovenian unit UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. with UniCredit Financial institution Austria.
Underneath the deal, UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. would grow to be a department of UniCredit Financial institution Austria AG, the financial institution stated in a press release.
